A little boy rides his dad's shoulders with his mouth wide open, yelling at the whole Pacific. Across town, under the oaks at the Environmental Nature Center, a man in a cowboy hat and bolo tie grins straight at me. Same city, and you'd never guess it from the backgrounds.


Many of my sessions happen on the sand at Big Corona and Little Corona, and I'm one of the preferred photographers at the ENC. I photograph events, personal branding, couples and families here, and across the rest of Orange County.


Events and Galas

I've photographed the ENC's Summer Soirée, Wine Walk, Fall Faire and Marketplace. A kestrel opens its wings over a handler's glove. A whole table reaches in to touch glasses over the centerpiece. After dark, people gather around a fire under trees lit blue.

Couples and Families on the Sand

Big Corona has room to run. Little Corona is small and tucked between rocky reefs that keep the water calm, with a paved path down that a stroller can handle, which matters when you have little ones. The sun goes down over the water, so I plan around that last stretch of light.

Sessions Under the Trees

When you've had enough of the ocean behind you, the ENC is green and shady, with trails that wander through the trees. It's a daytime place, open until 5 on weekdays and 3 on weekends.

Where do sessions take place?

Most sessions and events happen across Orange County, including Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Clemente, Huntington Beach and Irvine: your venue, your office, a favorite outdoor spot, or your gala's location. We'll figure out what fits.


Do you photograph at the Environmental Nature Center?

Yes. I'm a preferred photographer at the Environmental Nature Center in Newport Beach. My clients don't pay ENC access fees.


When will I receive my photos?

High-resolution images are delivered in a private online gallery within 2 weeks of your session or event. Need them sooner for an event? Rush service is available. Ask for a quote.


How many photos will I receive?

You can expect 70+ edited images for every hour of shooting time, delivered in both color and black and white.
