How many photos will I receive?
You can expect around 50 edited images for every hour of shooting time, delivered in both color and black & white.
What should I wear?
Think coordinated, not matched — pick 2–3 colors and mix in neutrals. For personal branding sessions, bring options and we'll figure out what fits the story you're telling. A styling guide is provided after booking.
Where do sessions and events take place?
Most sessions and events happen around Newport Beach and Orange County — your venue, your office, a favorite outdoor spot, or your gala's location. We'll figure out what fits.
What's included in a personal branding session?
Personal branding sessions run 60–90 minutes and start with a real conversation about what you want people to understand about you. You'll get environmental portraits and cleaner studio-style frames, full usage rights, and 70+ high-resolution images.
Do you photograph private events, corporate galas, and fundraisers?
Yes — private events, corporate galas, fundraisers, and milestone celebrations are a core focus. I work quietly through a room so guests forget I'm there, and you get the real moments instead of posed ones.
What if my kids don't cooperate?
Family sessions are built around play and connection, not perfect behavior. We embrace the joyful chaos and capture what's actually happening.
Do you edit or retouch every image?
Every delivered image is lightly edited for color correction and tone adjustment. Some background clean up or minor blemishes might be removed and it's included with the service. Additional retouching or specific edits can be made at an additional cost.
When will I receive my photos?
High-resolution images are delivered in a private online gallery within 1-2 weeks, with expedited delivery available as an add-on.
Do you provide RAW files?
JPG files are what are typically delivered. Whereas the RAW files are kept as they are digital negatives. Know that each image is personally selected and edited; you get a complete gallery in color and some in black & white, ready to download and print. Please make sure you are upfront about any specific requests outside of the norm.
Do I have to order prints through your website?
No. Your downloaded images are high resolution and can be printed at sizes of up to 5x7" easily, and in some cases even 8x10". We do recommend getting prints from our online store as the color matching is guaranteed, and pixel quality guaranteed at any print size. However, a professional lab is recommended over convenience-store printing regardless of print size. With our online store you don't have to worry about the quality of the prints as it's all handled digitally, in extra high resolution on the back end.
What if it rains or the weather doesn't cooperate?
It rarely rains in Orange County, and when it does, it doesn't last — moody skies often make for better photos anyway. For events, we adapt to the venue and lighting on the day. In the end, we want all of our sessions to work out for everyone.
What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
A 50% retainer holds your date. Reschedules are available with at least 7 days notice, up to 2 per booking. Although all sales are final, we do work with our clients to coordinate the best time for them given our availability. It is our biggest wish that you leave satisfied with your photo session.
