How It Works
01 - Let's Connect
Reach out with what you're planning — an event, a brand session, a couple's shoot, a family afternoon. We'll talk through timing, location, and what you actually want out of it. If we're a fit, we get a date on the calendar.
02 - Plan & Prepare
For a session, I'll help you pick a location that actually fits — not just a pretty backdrop, somewhere that means something or gives the light I'm looking for. I'll send outfit guidance so you're not guessing. For an event, we'll go over the run of show ahead of time: key moments, key people, anything you don't want me to miss.
03 - The Day Of
For an event, I'm usually one of the first people there and one of the last to leave — the twenty minutes after everyone starts relaxing are sometimes the best part of the whole night. For a session, budget more time than you think you need. The best minutes are almost never the first ones.
04 - Photo Delivery
Within 5 business days, you'll get a link to your own private gallery — the full edited set, not a curated best-of. For events, a smaller highlights set can go out within 48 hours if you need something sooner. Prints, albums, and wall art are available straight from your gallery if you want them.

Corporate parties, nonprofit fundraisers, and community celebrations across Orange County. Documentary coverage that stays out of the way of the actual event and specific portraiture based on event needs.
Typically includes:
- 2hr minimum, $400 for each additional hour
- Arrive early and stay late for some shots (included)

Multi-day events, large galas, or an ongoing branding partnership don't fit neatly into a package.

It can be two hundred people at a gala or one person who's never liked being in front of a camera, the job is the same: catch the moments when you're being truly you. The light, the angle, the timing — those are important too, just secondary.
FAQs
What does a session with you feel like?
Relaxed and unscripted. I'll help you find a natural starting point at the beginning — where to stand, what to do with your hands — and then I step back and let the moment take over. I'm not going to ask you to hold a smile or fake a laugh; the real ones are always better. At an event, I disappear into the room and let the night happen the way it's actually happening. Either way, the best photos come once you forget I'm there.
Where do sessions usually take place?
Depends on what we're doing. For events I come to you, whether that's a private venue, a gala hall, or your own event space. For branding, couples, and family sessions, I'll help you pick a spot based on what you're going for — usually on-location at your business, your home, or somewhere that actually means something to you.
How do corporate events or galas work?
I arrive before the event opens and usually stay a bit more than what we agree to — but that's built into how I work, not billed separately. I move through the room quietly, documenting the program, the guests, and the details you spent months planning, without ever getting in the way of the event itself. I can also do rush turnaround within 48 hours.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, 50% secures your date, with the balance due the day before. It's all laid out in the contract, along with scope of work, deliverables, and timelines.
Do you travel outside Orange County?
Happily — travel within Orange County is already included in every quote. Outside that range, there's a small travel fee, which I'll always quote upfront before you book, never as a surprise afterward.
How long until we get our photos?
5 business days for your full gallery. If it's an event and you want something to post that same weekend, I can usually get a smaller highlights gallery to you within 48 hours as rush service.
What exactly do I get in my gallery?
The full edited set, not a curated best-of — you were there for the whole day, you get to see all of it. Editing means color, light, and basic retouching, not reshaping bodies or faces. You won't get RAW files; those are the unfinished version, the same way a chef doesn't send you the raw ingredients. Prints, albums, and wall art are available through your gallery if you want them, but the digital images are yours to do what you want with.
What if my kids don't cooperate?
That's most kids, most of the time, and it's not a problem to solve — it's part of the session. I'm not chasing a perfect pose out of them. The real ones, mid-tantrum or mid-giggle, are usually the photos you'll like best anyway.
What's available through your online store?
Prints in a range of sizes, fine-art prints, wall art, and albums — all orderable straight from your private gallery once it's live. You place the order, I don't have to be involved, and everything ships to you directly.
